Landa Club was born out of a realization: the traditional 9-to-5 work model is soon to be obsolete. In 2021, after years rapidly climbing the corporate ladder, a restructuring decision left our founder, Gabriel Tudela, without a job, where he vowed not to let his career be controlled by corporations ever again. This pivotal moment led to the creation of Landa Club—a community-driven movement dedicated to empowering tech leaders to seize control of their careers and redefine success on their terms.
