Apprecio is a YC-backed startup, which developed a point-of-sale application intended to manage grocery stores in one place. The company's application specializes in managing all operations, calculating the margin of the products sold, viewing expenses and income by date in one place, and scanning products and finding out the suggested price in the area, enabling shopkeepers to keep track of all the expenses and income of little store.
Apprecio partnered with Landa Club to connect with an experienced operator to kickstart its growth engine in record time. Apprecio lacked an internal resource possessing the necessary performance marketing skills and experience for executing this crucial project. The situation was further complicated by the steep learning curve associated with developing an internal strategy and process, along with the high costs involved in hiring a full-time professional with such specialized experience. Moreover, the recruitment process would have added additional expenses and time constraints to the equation.
